Delivery Issues & Delays
Ryziger EU is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier service disruptions
- Weather conditions
- Customs or security inspections
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses
- Events outside our reasonable control
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure that all shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check with neighbours or building management
- Check for any delivery notifications from Royal Mail
If the package cannot be located, please contact support@ryziger.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date so we can assist with an investigation.
Ryziger reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution on a case-by-case basis.
International Shipping
At this time, Ryziger primarily ships within the EU. International shipping options may be offered on a limited basis.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their local authorities.
