Returns & Refund Policy (EU)
Returns
We accept returns or exchanges of qualifying items purchased on our website within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original packaging intact. For fragrances, the cellophane must remain sealed and unbroken.
Personalised or custom products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
To start a return, please email support@ryziger.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item showing it is unopened and in original condition
Returns must be authorised before being sent back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
There is no restocking fee. However:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
- Any original shipping fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable EU consumer law
If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions by email.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 2–5 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
Refunds can only be issued to the original form of payment. Return shipping costs are not refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Ryziger EU reserves the right to refuse any refund if returned merchandise does not meet the conditions listed above.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your card provider — posting times may vary
- Contact your bank for processing confirmation

Sale Items
Regular sale items, promotional items, and discounted items may still qualify for return where required under applicable EU consumer law, including the 14-day cooling-off period described below.
Outside of any mandatory legal cancellation period, sale items, promotional items, discounted items, and items purchased using promo codes or store credit are non-refundable unless faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please email support@ryziger.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo or short video of the issue
We will assess and resolve the issue accordingly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used fragrances
- Personal care and beauty products
- Custom or personalised products
- Gift cards
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement is to:
- Return the original item (once approved)
- Place a new order separately
EU Consumer Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification, subject to the exceptions permitted by applicable law.
To qualify for cancellation and return under this cooling-off period:
- The item must be unopened, unused, and sealed
- The item must be in its original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase
Please note that, for health protection and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of sealed goods once they have been unsealed after delivery, including fragrances and certain beauty products, where permitted by applicable law.
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
